Of course this pic is David Bowie but I'd like to think the Starman is watching over me as I attempt to "cook." I also listen to his songs while I cook...because why not?
What's up guys!
So let me start by saying I'm an amateur cook hoping to god that I won't get food poisoning, stitches or spend my life savings on Chef Ramsay's recipes...we'll see what happens.
I will try to make a new recipe for each assignment, given budget constraints and something from Chef Ramsay's Youtube channel or perhaps his website. I'll post a video, pictures and the recipe on a news blog page every time I make something.
Hope you enjoy following the blog and let's all just hope I don't cut off a finger...I'm not an EMT yet.
